SECTION 6: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Novalique ships eligible orders to addresses within the United States, subject to product and destination availability.

Our standard shipping rates are:

  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after shipment is approximately 3–7 business days for the contiguous United States and 5–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii, where delivery is available.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination restrictions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Standard shipping does not include assembly, installation, removal of old furniture, or specialized in-home delivery unless expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.

SECTION 7: RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

For standard preference-based returns, products should generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original parts and accessories. Original packaging should be retained when reasonably available.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns unless otherwise stated by Novalique or required by law. Different arrangements may apply to damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items.

If you need to cancel an order or change your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
